Makina Mühendisler Odası, A tipi muayene kuruluşları ve TSE ekiplerinin aralarındaki bölge dağılımından sonra Tüm Asansörler bir bir muayene edilerek, Eksikleri rapor edilecek ve Rapor sonucunda Asansörünüzün Risk oranına bağlı olarak Kırmızı veya Yeşil etiket ile Asansörün kullanılmaya elverişliliği belirlenecektir. Kırmızı etiket uygun görülen Asansörlerdeki Eksikler Yetkiliye (Yönetim) rapor edilerek eksiklerin yaptırılması için bir süre zarfı verilmektedir.
Bu süre sonucunda Asansör tekrar kontrol edilip Yeşil etikete çevrilecektir. Çevrilmediği takdirde Asansörün kullanımına izin verilmeyecektir.
Asansörde Kırmızı Etiket
Asansörde kırmızı etiketin bulunması asansör güvenliği için olumsuz bir durumdur. Uzman kontrol mühendislerinin can ve mal güvenliği için uyguladıkları yüksek risk testleri ve incelemelerden sonra en kısa zamanda asansör ile ilgili uygunsuzluklarının giderilmesi gerektiğini belirten ve güvenli olmayan asansörlere yapıştırılan etikettir. 30 gün içerisinde yapılmalıdır.
Asansörde Sarı Etiket
Asansörde sarı etiketin bulunması asansörün risk sınıfında olduğunun bir göstergesidir. Uzman kontrol mühendisleri tarafından yapılan testlerden ve incelemelerden sonra yaşamınız ve mülkünüz için risk oluşturan asansörlere yapıştırılmış etikettir. Kırmızı etiketli asansörler kadar yüksek risk taşımasalar da işlevselliği düşüktür. 60 gün içerisinde asansör yaptırılmalıdır.
Asansörde Mavi Etiket
Asansörde Mavi etiket az da olsa asansörün risk taşıdığını anlatır. Uzman kontrol mühendisleri tarafından yapılan testler ve incelemelerden sonra asansörlerinizin can ve mal güvenliğiniz için hafif kusurlu seviyede risk oluşturduğunu belirten etikettir. Asansöre ait periyodik kontrolün 12 ay içerisinde yapılması ve ilgili idareye bildirilmesi gerekmektedir.
Asansörde Yeşil Etiket
Asansörde Yeşil etiketin bulunması asansörünüzün güvenli olduğunu gösterir. Asansörünüz için uzman kontrol mühendisleri tarafından yapılan testler ve incelemelerden sonra, can ve mal güvenliğiniz için hiçbir risk taşımayan, kullanım için tamamen uygun olan asansörlere verilen etikettir.
